Finding Good Tenants
The Importance of finding good tenants cannot be over-emphasized. It is the starting point for achieving your property investment goals.
1. We do all the marketing and advertising to find tenants, most of which is done through the web. Recent statistics that show 80% of home seekers (buyers and renters) go to the internet to begin their new home search. The majority of this 80% want to see plenty of photos and virtual tours. Therefore, we will obtain numerous photographs or your property for our marketing campaigns.
2. Background and Credit checks are done during the application process to ensure good quality tenants.
3. We Select tenants based on background checks, credit worthiness, references, and several other criteria that ensures we secure the best possible tenants.
4. **We do not discriminate, nor do we encourage you to discriminate, on the basis of race, color, national origin, religion, sex, familial status or handicap.

** When exceptions to the Fair Housing Act arise, we will clearly make that known.
Regular and Emergent Maintenance
As specified in the Management Agreement, we will provide for regular maintenance activities as well as any emergencies that may arise, such as plumbing issues, leaks, and other situations as they occur and in compliance with the individualized Agreement.
